Terms and Conditions

1. All supplies will be made at the prices prevailing on the date of dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Once sold, goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances beyond 5 days.
3. Insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The buyer must arrange insurance for the goods during transit if desired.
4. Our risk and responsibility cease upon the delivery of goods at our godown or to the carrier, whichever occurs first. Once goods leave our premises, the risk is transferred to the buyer.
5. While every precaution is taken to ensure the safe dispatch of goods, we shall not be liable for any shortage, damage, or leakage caused during transit. Buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt.
6. We strongly recommend that customers conduct their own tests prior to full-scale production to determine the suitability of our products for their specific purposes. Our products are offered without any guarantee, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for their application.
7. All applicable taxes and levies, including GST (CGST, SGST, IGST) or any other duties imposed by Central, State, or local authorities, are the buyer’s responsibility. Should any additional levies be imposed after the sale, the buyer shall be liable to pay such amounts.
8. Payments must be made upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any overdue amounts will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is received.
9. The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages suffered by the buyer due to the use of our products or any other cause.
10. The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.
11. Payment only by account payee cheque/draft & online Payment (RTGS/NEFT).
12. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
13. Payments are to be made strictly as per the terms stated in the invoice. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension of further deliveries.
